Please read carefully to activate your user account

1. For activation to work, your mobile phone number must have been recorded in Omnia's information systems.
2. Confirm that your mobile phone is switched on.
3. Enter all the requested information in the form. The information will be verified.
4. A verification code will be sent as an SMS message to your mobile phone. Message delivery could take a couple of minutes.
5. The verification code is valid for 30 minutes from being sent. If the message gets lost, you can refill this form and another code will be sent to you.
